Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Maintains project data for the portfolio of projects for the security asset, including data quality and cost and schedule targets
Provides consulting services regarding CPDEP for IT and Policy 564 to team leads and project managers to ensure projects are meeting appropriate governance
Engages regularly with IRSM Leadership and Project Managers to track project spend, both Capital Expenditures and Operating Expenses and manages contingency requests as needed
Provides portfolio reporting, dashboards and analysis
Assists and supports the development of the IRSM business plan, aligned to the Security asset plan and portfolio
Assists and supports the development of IRSM’s investment portfolio in support of Prioritization and IT Function Optimization
Participate with the budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting, etc. (with Finance and Commercial Services)
Facilitates the Appropriations Request (AR’s) process, charge code request process
Bachelors degree or related experience.
6 plus years experience in IT, business planning, and project management.
Extensive skills in Microsoft office suite, PPM and CPDEP
Strong process, planning, organization, and data analysis skills.
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
Experience with budget preparation and/or project portfolio management.
Relocation may be considered within Chevron parameters. *LI-DD1
