The Project Scheduler will be responsible for managing the delivery of preconstruction and construction stage project schedules, providing input, coordination and problem solving related to project sequencing, staging and durations at all stages of design. The Scheduler will work closely with operations and estimating in developing project staffing plans and general conditions estimates. Scheduler will also provide schedule input and assist with collateral material needed for project pursuits.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science or Engineering (four year college or university) required
• Minimum of 7 years construction industry experience required with a focus on project scheduling
• Mathematical and analytical skills
• Specific knowledge of building construction
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• General knowledge of the design development, bidding, and contract administration processes
• Handle sensitive and confidential assignments with tact and diplomacy
• Disciplined, responsible personality with attention to detail
• High energy level and strong work ethic
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Highly motivated and creative with natural intellectual curiosity
• Ability to manage / coordinate simultaneous projects, balance competing priorities with good judgment, proactively problem-solve, and meet deadlines
• Initiative and strong customer service focus (Both internally and externally)
