Project Support Coordinator

Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc. is seeking an organized, self-directed and experienced administrative Project Support Coordinator to join our Long Beach, CA, team. The administrative project support coordinator supports a busy property acquisition and relocation group. Primary responsibility includes maintaining the accuracy of all information flowing between projects and files, and managing information for multiple staff members.
Strong organizational, communication, writing, and computer skills are required. Position requires ability to work confidently and independently; possess the ability to multitask and prioritize; and be able to work in a fast paced environment under the pressure of deadlines.
Requires excellent proofreading skills of both written/numerical data; write business correspondence; use mail merge; perform administrative tasks such as copy, fax, scan, prepare and proof documents; create spreadsheets; research real estate related information; quickly pick-up new software programs; successfully track components of multiple assignments. Familiarity with real estate documents such as deeds, appraisals and title reports is desirable.
Ideal candidate takes pride in work; is highly organized; is able to excel in a support role; is friendly and able to work with a variety of people; has a "can do" attitude; is an independent self-starter able to work with minimal supervision; is a good decision maker; is able to follow detailed instructions and procedures. Essential Duties/Experience:
Minimum experience of 2+ years in a support/administrative position College degree required
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Computer skills will be tested as part of the interview process Experience managing multiple tasks; takes initiative; able to work with minimal supervision while accomplishing assignments Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Promotes a professional appearance, demeanor and work product Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal) highly desirable Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to work with common office machines such as a copier, scanner, fax, printer, etc. Requires a strong work ethic and commitment Hours are generally 8am-5pm with occasional overtime
