: As a project team member under the general direction of one of the four Project Co-directors for implementation of the electronic health record system, provides team leadership and project coordination in the deployment, optimization, and ongoing operation of the system, including all interfaces necessary to assure a patient-centric, high value, widely accessible, comprehensive, and seamlessly integrated information network that meets identified stakeholders needs.
: Bachelor's degree in a medical or related field such as medical technology, radiology, laboratory science, pharmacy, or nursing is required. A combination of other medical or information technology training, clinical health care experience, health care access or business cycle experience, and/or collegiate coursework in computer science may substitute for the bachelor's degree.
Four or more years of progressively more responsible current clinical experience in an acute care or specialty hospital or business operations experience in a medical practice or other health care delivery setting.
Demonstrated aptitude in the abilities required for systems analysis, as evidenced by successful completion of the vendor-provided screening test and certification process, the ability to function and communicate effectively as a member of a project team, and the interpersonal skills to elicit and convey details of business and clinical operations and workflow processes to assure the optimal adoption and utilization of the electronic health record system. in project management and leadership with advanced knowledge and understanding of relevant business and operating systems, policies, and procedures.
