ZeniMax Media is seeking a detail-oriented Project and Compliance Manager. Candidates should have at least 5 years of previous software implementation project management experience as well as expertise managing corporate technology-related general controls requirements. The Project and Compliance Manager will work closely with business partners and external vendors and be accountable for the creation, management, and delivery of project estimates, prioritization plans, solution delivery timelines, project scope, risk, and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management
  • Successful delivery of global business systems projects
  • Define and document project methodologies used for solution delivery
  • Design and manage project timelines, budgets, and status reporting
  • Responsible for effectively coordinating the activities of the team to meet project milestones
  • Manage stakeholder influence and expectations
  • Building detailed project plan and scheduling for products across all processes, independently managing day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects
  • Compliance
  • Design compliance and controls documentation framework
  • Create and update compliance and controls documentation
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  • Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
  • Ensure ZeniMax compliance requirements are met for all application changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Strong background in project management disciplines and software development methodologies (e.g. Agile)
  • Successful project management experience delivering global software projects, including financial, sales, and operations solutions
  • Expertise designing compliance and controls documentation and frameworks
  • Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills; ability to interface with business customers at all levels of the organization
  • Fundamental project management and process flow tool knowledge
  • Excellent analytical skills - understand business processes and issues from business users
  • Self-motivated
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent degree/work experience
Preferred Skills
  • Software or online game industry experience
  • ITIL, Agile, and PMI certification
  • Global ERP solution delivery
  • Understanding of commercial supply-chain processes
