We specialize in billboard advertising, managing advertising programs and finding real estate locations (billboards, wall displays, etc.) where a landlord and All Vision can create revenue by putting advertising on their property.
Project and Proposal Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to plan, direct and coordinate activities of construction projects, coordinate requests for proposal (RFP) and request for qualifications (RFQ). The Manager will help ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and that construction projects are set up and progressing in an efficient manner. You will perform the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:
Review, determine and facilitate all RFP requirements Create proposal outline based on chosen business model, write sections specific to each RFP, complete applicable forms and materials and release on behalf of the company Maintain system for tracking past relevant content according to business model to expedite future proposal writing Develop PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials Enter data and perform queries of company information in company database Manage all project schedules, assignments, tasks and project meetings Monitor and modify project schedules and develop a comprehensive workflow process for projects in three divisions Review awarded contracts, identify what needs to be done throughout the duration of the contract to remain in compliance Conduct kick off meetings to review contract, specifications and assign project tasks Prepare spreadsheets, track contract requirements, prepare data and develop summary reports Review license agreements for formatting, terminology and consistency Maintain contract and project files Prepare RFPs and RFQs for all divisions in the company Analyze quotes and specifications Contact suppliers to determine material costs Manage and track project from initial work to completion to ensure that project meets quote expectations, timelines and scope of work Resolve discrepancies between quote and invoice prices and/or quantity variances on orders with vendors Prepare and submit contract submittals from contract specifications
College degree or equivalent; or 2-5 years related experience in real estate industry and/or training Ability to read, analyze, interpret and write common business and technical information, financial reports, proposals and legal documents Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, vendors and management team Ability to write proposals, RFPs, RFQs and project details to be read by business readers Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite software, including Word, Excel and Project Experience with Netsuite CRM and Accounting software is a plus
