Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):

1. Project Management for Line Diagnostic Projects

a. Help Technical engineering team for line rebuilds and overhaul including line diagnostics

· Documents all findings and collects the parts and resources needed for the actual line overhaul

· Communicates requirements, parts, resources and project update for rebuilds to all the stakeholders.

2. Project Management Line Overhauls-

a. Help Technical engineering team for line rebuilds and overhaul including line diagnostics

· Facilitates proper communication between various departments – procurement, receiving, corporate technical services and plant management – to make sure all the key project milestones are completed in a timely manner and all personnel are on the same page with respect to project details

· Responsible for on-time and on-budget execution of proper rebuild activities

· Manages and plans activities in sync with plant’s production scheduling

3. Machine Retrofits and packaging improvement project( rocky mountain/light weighting)

a. Help Maintenance compliance manger in managing the process of line retrofits to existing equipment

· Manages and plan the activities in sync with plant’s production scheduling

· Responsible for on-time and on-budget execution of all project activities

b. Help engineering team for execution of packaging improvement project including

1. Scheduling , planning

2. project execution and line handover

4. Maintenance compliance system-

a. Prepare the maintenance compliance system for Husky injection machine as per the guide lines set by the maintenance compliance manager.

· Daily/Weekly/monthly/quarterly and Annual PM task list

· Customized PM manual for mechanics.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

Bachelor’s degree In engineering

· Years of Experience in Field: 6 months- 2yrs.

· Years of Experience in Position:

· Years of Experience in Supervising Employees: N/A

Preferred:

· Years of Experience in Field: 2-5

· Years of Experience in Position:

· Years of Experience in Supervising Employees: N/A

REQUIRED SKILLS

· At least 6 months of experience in food and beverage industry

· The position requires 50% travel.

· Proficiency in, but not limited to:

o Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects, Visio, etc.

o Efficiency Improvement Analysis Applications

o New System Implementation & Administration

· Able to translate data into recommendable actions to senior staff

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Self-Motivated with a proven record of taking the initiative

· Able to work with minimal supervision

· Detail-Oriented with Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills

· Able to execute tasks in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment

· Exercise sound judgment and ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce

EDUCATION

Minimum:

· Level of Education & Subject of Educational Focus: Bachelor’s Degree in ME or IE

Preferred:

· Level of Education & Subject of Educational Focus: Master’s Degree in ME or IE
