Currently we are seeking a strong Project Manager to work onsite at our client in Montclair, NJ on a 12 to 36 month contract basis. Requirement detail is below for your review The ProgramProject Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of the Banner Student Systems Software and related technical solutions the Divisions of Student Development and Campus Life and Academic Affairs, including, but not limited to Student Services Management Systems for higher education.

The ProgramProject Manager is a hands-on expert in project planning and execution including scope definition and managements, task and resource scheduling, cost and price budgeting, quality review and assurance, client relationship management, project team management, overall change management and preliminary planning for post implementation production support. The ProgramProject Manager will be 100 accountable for the on-time, on budget delivery of solutions per the approved specifications. This person will be a strategic thinking, quality driven individual, who will provide leadership, direction, coordination and coaching for project managers and project teams during their day to day management and implementation of IT Business projects, programs, activities and processes. QUALIFICATIONS Deep understanding of the implementation and usage of the Banner Student Information System Suite including but not limited the following modules Core Banner, Financial Aid, Degree Works, Communication Management, ePrint, Recruiter, Flexible Registration, ODS, Document Management, Course Signals, Mobile, Payment Center, FM Needs Analysis, Recruiting and Admissions Performance, Student Retention Performance and Luminis Portal, Workflow, Application Manager and Xtender test package.

This person must have excellent leadership skills and must be able to work with a diverse project team consisting of resources from all parts of the organization (both IT Business). At least 3 years’ experience implementing a Student Services Platform (Banner, SCT, Datatel) as a Project Manager. Excellent projecttime management skills required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities. Self-motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision. Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning. Strong Data Analysis skills.

Strong Business Process Analysis skills and Business Process Mapping. Strong Change Management skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of PM experience.

2+ years of PMO experience. Project Program Management experience. Clear understanding of the differences between Project Management and Program Management. Technical Project Management (traditional Requirements, Design, Code, Test, Deploy).
