We're looking for a seasoned promotions lead who has experience running and managing large scale campaigns. This candidate will be managing and running our in store promotional efforts which take place at bars, restaurants, coffee shops and cafes.
Utilizing your experience, you'll be maximizing engagement of our product to customers at our network of restaurants and bars. Also, you will be planning out promotional parties to be hosted at our network of bars and restaurants. Job could require off hours, nights and possibly weekends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Marketing experience
Event Planning experience
Strong negotiating skills (this person must negotiate rates for events)
Ability to lead and direct a team of promotional reps
Highly preferred promotional work experience
Duties:
Manage a team of promotional representatives
Attend multiple events weekly with the team with the sole purpose of customer acquisition
Confirm Promo events with venue managers
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly updates of sign-ups and crucial feedback
Work closely with your Promotional Team Manager to derive attainable goals
Lead mandatory Promo Team meetings once a month
Represent all of the brand attributes that is MOGL
Aggressively gather information on potential event space
Assist with negotiations for space contracts and book event space, order supplies and event signs
Ensure appropriate event décor and collateral are present at the event
Deliverables:
Provide results and attain new members based on a strategy and goal with your Promotional Team Manager
Complete weekly and monthly schedule of promo team member's hours and locations
Daily, weekly, and monthly updates of new sign-ups and crucial feedback
Manage promo team schedule and budgets
Submit weekly payroll requests and ensure accuracy of each check request
Maintain a staff of positively motivated promo team members
Must attend and execute all events in person
Must achieve event goals and signup goals put in place by management
