Parkway Realty Services has an opportunity for a Property Administrator in Jacksonville. This position will provide support for the daily operation for a commercial office property. Responsibilities include providing customer service to building tenants, accounts payable, coding invoices, generating work orders, coordinating tenant events, and maintaining office equipment. This candidate must possess excellent personal relations skills, organizational skills and computer skills (proficiency in MS Word and Excel required). Two years of property administrative experience is preferred. Parkway is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
