Manage all operations of the apartment community
Supervise, train and motivate staff
Monitor and direct leasing activity, all on-site marketing, and maintain an on-going, in-depth knowledge of market
Monitor and direct all property maintenance operations
Responsible for compliance with all Fair Housing regulations, and compliance with local ordinance and laws
Responsible for all site administration functions and timely and accurate production of all reporting documentation
Provide professional customer service at all times
Two-five years direct Property Management experience required. ARM or CAM designation preferred
Knowledge of budgets and financial statements and ability to work within budgeted guidelines.
Supervisory experience of two or more staff members
Strong sales, marketing, and customer service experience
Strong written/oral communication skills
Working knowledge of eviction law and Fair Housing mandates
Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Yardi preferred
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job and function effectively in sales/marketing and customer service environment
High School diploma. Some college preferred
