Manage and operate a scattered site, multi-building real estate portfolio under the supervision of the Director of Business Operations as part of a team of management, compliance, administrative and maintenance professionals. Responsible for operating within the budget and producing projected cash flow for each property and meeting or exceeding the specific performance indictor goals as delineated annually and set forth by the Director of Business Operations and the Executive Director. Responsible for the physical integrity of each property.
Three years of increasingly more responsible experience in property management. Substantial experience in the specific field of affordable housing or property management can substitute for the educational requirements. Possesses a valid Michigan Driver’s License and have reliable transportation. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
