Oversee the daily activities of a 500 unit Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Property.
• Work with Resident Board
• Coordinate annual budget preparation
• Respond to Agency Correspondence
• Review all monthly financials
• Mentor & train staff
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 and Section 42 guidelines and regulations
• SHCM – Specialist in Housing Credit Management
• NAHP – National Affordable Housing Professional
Anticipated Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM and monthly board meetings
