WinnResidential California has an immediate opening for a Property Manager on a large tax credit property. This challenging position requires prior experience in managing 300 plus units.

A strong work ethic is needed – along with an excellent ability to communicate across all levels of management and ownership – both verbally and in writing. Assisting with the direction of the day to day operations of and for maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations. Bi-lingual/Spanish desired but not required.
This position requires prior experience in residential management including but not limited to:
- Program (affordable/LIHTC) compliance
- budgeting/ financial reporting
- experience in resident accounting
- planning, controlling
- staff supervision
- knowledge of building/ system maintenance
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) – Yardi Voyager experience a big plus
Some college coursework in Real Estate/ Business or a related field is desired, OR the equivalent of work experience, and Real Estate/ Property Management Education with Professional Certifications/Designations (ARM, SHCM, etc.)
