Title of Position: Property Manager

Job Summary:

The Property Manager is responsible for planning, controlling and directing the day to day operations of one or more residential apartment communities; and for maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations. The purpose of this position is to meet the financial objectives of ownership and management; to protect the value and integrity of the real estate; and to be responsive to all applicable government agency standards and requirements.

Reporting to a Senior Vice President, Regional Vice President and Senior Property Manager, the Property Manager is responsible for all activities of the assigned property(s) including, but not limited to, annual budget development and fiscal management, supervision, selection and mentoring of site staff, effectively marketing property and maintaining positive resident relations and ensuring buildings and grounds are properly maintained.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 2 years Property Management experience required

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong customer service skills

Computer skills

Experience working with budgets

Tax Credit experience preferred

YARDI experience a plus

Excellent references

Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license

Anticipated Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
