We are seeking a Property Office Assistant, whose responsibilities include but is not limited to, Administrative work to include data entry, filing, copying, answering phones and assisting customers, Takes and delivers messages; transfers calls to appropriate personnel, Answers questions about organization and offers information related to the operations, Monitors front desk operations including mail/package delivery, building access and visitors to the building

To be successful in this position, you should have:
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
