Job Purpose
In this exciting direct Member contact role you will act as the primary Property Revenue Manager for a portfolio of 8 ? 10 properties. You will provide revenue management services directly to your assigned properties with 60% of their annual goal surrounding the hotels performance increasing year over year. You will be tasked with driving RevPAR % CHG to a minimum of the Industry midscale and upper midscale projected by PWC for each hotel using a variety of proven Revenue Management tactics.

Essential Job Results
  • Acts as primary consultant for 8 ? 10 properties on pricing strategy, yield management, third party website marketing, online presence, social media, marketing and consumer review sites.
  • Conduct all rate changes weekly on behalf of the assigned hotel using both the PM systems using remote software and Extranets.
  • Conducts weekly yield management meetings to identify the success of prior week and the price/inventory strategies for future weeks and monitors hotel sales efforts for assigned properties. Collaborates with hotel representatives each week and then implements the agreed upon strategy in hotel PM system and a variety of BW or External systems.
  • Partners with members to identify and develop marketing opportunities and strategies by completing thorough competitive market analyses for assigned properties on a weekly basis.
  • Conducts and maintain a minimum of 90 day demand forecast and pace report for 8 ? 10 hotels..

    Skills/Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years hotel experience including, preferably as a property regional, or corporate level Revenue Manager, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven, strong experience in Microsoft Office products, database and communications software.
  • Certified Hotel Revenue Manager (CHRM) or able to acquire within one year of taking position.
  • Must have working knowledge of multiple property management systems and working knowledge of all OTA extranets
  • Working knowledge of EZ Yield channel management system and knowledge of standard industry tools including Smith Travel Research reports, Hotelligence, Revcaster, and MarketVision is required.

    Phoenix, AZ 85027 20400 N. 29th Avenue Beardsley Operations Center is conveniently located near I-17 and 101 in northwest Phoenix. Local candidates are preferred. Relocation assistance is not available.

    Travel Required
    Hiring rate for this position is $53,000 to $69,000 per year, depending on experience. Up to 20% travel is required.
