Schneider Electric Smart Infrastructure has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the role of Proposal Coordinator in our Fort Collins, CO location. This individual will manage proposals, coordinate the proposal process within Smart Infrastructure and with business partners, write content for technical submittals, administer the proposal approval process, and provide general marketing support. -Coordinate with the Proposal Team (Account Managers, Proposal Analysts, Technical Staff, Legal, Finance, Tax, Business Partners, and Executives)
-Verify and coordinate customer information supplied by Account Managers
-Analyze the proposal submittal requirements and ensure that the final response conforms to the requested format and all components are complete
-Generate content for proposals including corporate information, project-specific details, and technical information as assigned
-Administer and support the Corporate Approval process including performing financial analysis of the proposal, creating the appropriate RITE and/or NOCs for the proposal, and responding to questions about the submitted information
-Generate Software Quotes for submittal to customers
-Communicate directly with customers during proposal creation, respond to any follow-up requests after submittal, and help coordinate reference sites visits
-Experience in responding to formal proposals and ad-hoc proposal requests
-A BS degree in Geography, Marketing, or Communications (or related field with computer emphasis).
-Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills as well as client relations experience.
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively proactive work style.
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
-General PC skills Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, Lotus Notes
-Knowledge of project financial analysis, bonding, and financial insurance techniques is a plus
-Knowledge of software project implementation methodologies and using ArcGIS, ArcFM, or related components is a plus
