We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Proposal Coordinator in our New York office. The Proposal Coordinator must be an organized professional capable of preparing statements of qualification and proposals, including various forms used by governmental agencies to procure engineering and architectural services. The position requires exceptional communication and information-gathering skills; the ability to work independently and proactively; meet deadlines; and work cooperatively within and across departments, including with the operating divisions. Successful candidates must have excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills; the ability to grasp technical language; and a keen attention to detail. The position should be able to manage multiple assignments under deadline pressure, and be willing to work overtime when necessary, to meet deadlines. The ability to work in a corporate environment, while representing the marketing department professionally and positively, is an asset.

B.A. in Communications, English, Journalism, or similar
2-3 years of similar experience in the architecture/engineering/planning/construction environment is preferred
Proficiency in MS Suite®, including Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe® InDesign®, a plus
Experience in a technical field such as; legal, healthcare, or IT would also be accpetable experience
