Successful candidates will be responsible for logistics, mechanics, and administrative aspects of proposal management activities with the goal of guiding smooth, efficient and effective proposal activities. The candidate must be willing to work collaboratively with a wide range of personnel including proposal managers, volume leads, technical and business subject matter experts, authors, graphics and editorial staff to facilitate the efficient and effective development of the proposal.
Work closely with the Proposal Manager and proposal team.
Administer SharePoint (site administration to include user permissions, artifact population, configuration management, archiving, etc.).
Coordinate and facilitate all meetings associated with proposal deadlines: readiness reviews, kick-offs, color team reviews, review team in-briefs and out-briefs, daily status and solution meetings. Record action items and update master list. Support color reviews.
Reserve proposal rooms and manage access, cleanliness, and security; request/ retrieve/monitor temporary badges, as required.
Develop and maintain administrative documents, including proposal room wall signs, contact list, file matrix, common words list, proposal information sheet for compliance check, delivery receipt, packaging list, etc.
Collaborate and work with the proposal manager and production team on production activities.
Use, train others, and champion proposal tools (SharePoint, PartnerNet, On-Target, Smart Boards, Able2Extract, VisibleThread)
Be a friendly, helpful resource to users/customers
Create improvements to help the proposal process, logistics, and work environment
Ability to surge work schedule to meet proposal schedule demands required.
The max rate for this position is $24-$30 (rate dependent on experience and education)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five or more years of professional experience
Experience in the development of federal proposals
Keen organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Personal computer and business solutions software skills including SharePoint
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to create repeatable solutions, via templates or procedures, to guide proposal teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers.
TS/SCI Clearance highly desired. Applicants deemed to be eligible for SCI clearance will also be considered, must be willing to undergo a government security investigation.

High degree of professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Professional required.
Experience with administration of SharePoint 2010 required.
Experience with government proposal documentation and processes required.
Experience working with support services or SETA government based industry required.
Must be able to work in a dynamic team environment with a variety of personnel and organizations.
Understanding of Shipley Proposal Development or other proven proposal processes is desired.
Professional writing skills desired.
Occasional travel may be needed.
