We seek an experienced proposal coordinator to develop and produce proposals and other documentation in support of the firm’s marketing and publicity requirements. Looking for an individual fluent in PC-based Windows desktop publishing programs—especially MS Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Adobe products—with excellent writing and editing capabilities, a willingness to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a sense for graphic presentation and layout. The individual will coordinate directly with technical staff and sub consultants involved in marketing efforts and will be accountable for scheduling assignments to on-time, within budget completion.
The successful candidate will be able to develop a keen understanding of the firm’s experience and creatively guide the development of marketing support material such as qualifications and proposal documents, resumes, project descriptions, presentations and brochures. Travel may be required for proposal and presentation efforts. Ability to accommodate a fluctuating schedule and ability to travel to our branch offices to see projects through to successful completion is required. This is an exempt-status position.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- A minimum of 2 year’s industry-specific experience is preferred.
