Prospect Coordinators must be motivated by working in sports and have a desire to use analytical and critical thinking skills for the NCSA Scouting Department. The Prospect Coordinator will assist our Scout Coordinators in contacting prospects via phone. They will work directly with the Scouting Operations Department and other company executives where applicable. This position is perfect for those who are considering pursuing a career in professional and/or college sports, as well as potential full-time employment within NCSA Athletic Recruiting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for contacting interested parents of potential student-athletes via phone calls (no cold calling)
  • Responsible for live transferring as many qualified families to our scouting team on a daily basis
  • Responsible for documenting outcomes of conversations
  • Meet and/or exceed target deadlines and specific trainings to progress toward a full-time position
  • Current college students (Junior or Senior year required) OR recent graduates
  • Strong phone demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong communication skills
  • Must be a proven sports enthusiast
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that include evening hours and weekends
  • Ability to maintain a part-time work schedule that meets a minimum of three days a week for a maximum of five hours per day preferred. However candidates who can make a 15 hour weekly commitment regardless of schedule will be considered (weekend availability is desired)
