The Division of Geriatric, Hospital, Palliative and General Internal Medicine (GHPGIM), Section of Geriatric Medicine, is pleased to announce the new position of Protocol Coordinatory/Research Nurse funded under an NIH Research Program grant. The position is secured for 5 years under the project: CAndesartan vs Llsinopril effects on Brain and Endothelial function in executive MCI (CALIBREX). Dr. Ihab Hajjar, is the project's Principle Investigator. His research focuses on the effects of vascular risk factors on cognitive functions in the aging population. Minimum Field of Expertise:
Registered Nurse, California Registered Nurse license, current CPR certification, clinical research experience. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and their families, other medical staff and administrative personnel.
Preferred Field of Expertise:
Two years directly applicable experience.
