DESCRIPTION

The Provider Relations Recruiter is primarily responsible for soliciting and subsequent retention of providers to join AlwaysCare Benefits' vision network. The position requires effective up front planning, follow up telephone calls and e-mails.

DUTIES

Contribute to the composition and planning of all recruitment tools including written and electronic materialsResearch leadsProvide thorough, professional presentations to the appropriate decision-makersProvide insight into the company and its competitive service advantage for members and providersDemonstrate how the benefits of participation with AlwaysCare is equal to or better than competitors Explain reimbursement and demonstrate how it may add to the bottom lineExplain typical benefit plan and how it works Explain the potential for incremental patient volumeFollow up with providers to close participation arrangements including the collection of all participation and credentialing paperworkWork with Provider Relations administrative personnel to retain all recruited providersEnter all key provider contact information into the Contact Database Share best practices with colleaguesProvide all required reporting in a timely mannerMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects well on the Company

QUALIFICATIONS
