The Sisters of the Good Shepherd – Province of Mid-North America – seek communications professional to organize and carry out internal and external communications by the Province for the sake of its mission. The Province Communications and Information Services Coordinator must hold a bachelor's degree in journalism, communications or related field, have a minimum of two years’ experience in communications field, and have or be eligible for membership in NCNWR local organization. Experience with social media and use of internet-based communications required. Examples of job duties include:

o Establish Province communications policies;

o Develop a Province Communications Advisory Board;

o Assist with communications within Province, among Provinces and with Congregational Level;

o Develop Province “brand”;

o Coordinate communication with outside entities, e.g. Archdiocesan newspaper, secular media, vocation promotional outlets;

o Serve as liaison for website consultant;

o Set up and facilitate video-conferencing;

o Assist Province in bringing members on-line with Skype, webcasting, social media, etc.
