Job duties will include:
Conduct analyses to identify and validate training requirements
Analyze job duty and task requirements in order to generate Learning Objectives
Generate assessments, testing plans, test administrator’s guide, and a cross-reference list of test items and related learning objectives.
Create training materials, including task lists, learning objectives, course outlines, instructional strategies, storyboards, learning events and activities, information sheets, diagram sheets, job sheets, assignment sheets, problem sheets, outline sheets and interface designs.
Instruct client personnel on procedures, processes, and methods of operating, maintaining, revising, and enhancing training products.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor\'s degree or higher
Six years experience in designing and developing instructor-led training or e-Learning
Experience using the PADDIE+M model for course development
