We have a PSD that needs to be converted to wordpress. Nothing too complicated...should be easy for a wordpress coder actually. The header navigation bar is hard coded and the sidebar has some widgets that are also hard coded. Please see attached Jpeg and make sure you send over some wordpress coding examples that you have done. We are not considering people who do not have wordpress experience. Also - we are looking for a FAST turnaround...this project was assigned to another coder who failed ...
