Trimpa Group, LLC is looking for a Public Policy Fellow to join its Washington, D.C. office for the fall. The Fellow will work on a number of client projects with seniorleadership and our Policy Analyst, gaining invaluable experience in national political consulting and public policy strategy. The position is unpaid, but we are open to providing an opportunity to earn academic credit, if applicable.

Trimpa Group offices are located in Denver, Colorado and Washington, D.C.
The Public Policy Fellow will provide research and analysis on public policy issues and support external meetings as needed. She or he will:
Assist in researching and monitoring political and public policy news and analysis
Prepare briefing materials for meetings and trips
Assist in planning and executing project objectives
Attend and report on relevant briefings/meetings in D.C.
The ideal Public Policy Fellow will demonstrate the following:
Interest and experience in progressive politics and public policy
Exceptional research and analytical skills
Excellent writing and communications skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong work ethic, initiative, and a positive attitude
Trimpa Group is seeking candidates who are available to work, at a minimum, 25-30 hours per week during the fall (September through December); however, interest in a longer commitment is a plus.
