Facilitate the production of the following publications: University Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs, Honors Day Program, Commencement Brochure, Commencement Program, Diplomas, President's List Certificates, and many other office forms and publications. Responsible for academic class and room scheduling, entering and maintaining all East Georgia College at Statesboro classes, creating and running various reports pertaining to the Schedule of Classes; assisting with CIR reporting, Southern Orientation and Registration (SOAR), and the design and maintenance of departmental websites; maintaining academic room and scheduling data in R25, monitoring for room discrepancies between Banner and R25, and assisting with batch and transactional, and any other R25 duties as needed; providing training to faculty and staff for schedule of classes and curriculum procedures; serving in various capacities, including Commencement host coordinator and Student Affairs and Enrollment Management (SAEM) Coordinator of Guest Services and Special Events (coordinate and lead 75-125 volunteers), secretary to the Undergraduate curriculum Committee, Registrar's Office representative for Career in Student Affairs Day (CSAD) Committee; supervising Publications Area students and Georgia Works employees; and assisting with other office areas and relevant duties as needed.

High school diploma; one or more years of post-secondary training/education (additional experience may substitute for some of the education requirement)

Minimum Experience Required:
Two or more years of work related experience (a higher level of education may substitute for some of the experience requirement)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication (verbal and written), organization, and human relations skills; proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; ability to work well in a diverse environment; successful completion of a background investigation prior to employment.
