Responsibilities:
Prepares both paper and electronic ISO products for publishing and delivery.
Analyzes more complex filings to determine revisions.
Performs detailed quality assurance or document composition on new or existing production products and products in development.
Ensures accuracy and grammatical correctness of submitted material.
Maintains current knowledge of ISO products and operation.
Coordinate multistate filings; keeps team leader informed of status.
Reviews and monitors individual reports.
Monitors and communicates developments in project status to team leader.

Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least two years previous experience in publishing environment required.
Knowledge of ISO products and operations a plus.
Analytical and decision making ability required.
Good research skills.
Good ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work independently with proper direction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of document management software and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
One years' experience in Property/Casualty insurance preferred.
