YuMe is looking for a seasoned publisher account manager, based in the Bay Area, who has had 4+ years of account management, partner management, or client services experience. This person has relevant industry experience, is resourceful and is comfortable managing and growing a dedicated list of accounts. An account manager is a role that leads partner relationships and is the single point of contact for partners. The account manager is also responsible for partner success and driving incremental value by managing cross selling and up selling of YuMe products.
This role drives ongoing cross-functional collaboration working closely with business development, operations, engineering, finance, product marketing, and product management.

Managing a portfolio of partnerships
Team with BD account lead to more actively support account growth
Serve as the main point of contact on all business-related questions for both internal and external audiences
Proactively communicate with publishers to ensure they are satisfied with YuMe, announce YuMe news and updates, and gather general feedback
Provide reporting training for new publishers
Working with publishers set expectations on inventory needs based on advertising demand
Reviews daily delivery reports to monitor and respond to unexpected inventory fluctuations
Utilizing SalesForce to ensure all publisher information is updated and accurate
Scheduling bi-weekly calls, meetings, and quarterly business reviews with key publishers
Consistent cross-functional collaboration between business development, finance, engineering, product management, legal, and operations
A proven track record of launching and managing distribution relationships
Strong account management and collaboration skills
Online media/Internet/ expertise required or knowledge of online advertising industry
Strong cross-functional skills, including ability to motivate and influence immediate team members and non-reporting groups to meet business objectives
Ability to think creatively and provide vision and areas of expansion for the partner business.
Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills
