The Publisher Development Manager will be a master of one-to-many marketing who can establish relationships with new publishers, manage existing ones and win-back former ones. There are over 200,000 publishers in this network so we need a special brand of account management skills. The candidate should have a firm understanding of the onboarding process and turning new publishers into true business partners.
Uses best practices to gain short and long term revenue growth from the affiliate base
Identifies publisher “buckets” and establishes relevant regular communications
On-boards new publishers who have great potential and ensures their success
Manages relationships with plug-in partners such as WordPress, Blogger, and Yola
One-to-many marketing experience is critical
B2B marketing is a big plus
3+ years of progressive account management experience
Bachelors of Science or Arts in Marketing, Management or similar
