Develop prospect lists and recruit new publishers by proactively presenting the benefits of joining the Text Link Ads network (via email and phone).
Research and understand features, benefits, and other details of Text Link Ads products.
Educate publishers on various ways to monetize their sites with Text Link Ads products.
Research and understand features, benefits, and other details of competitors’ programs in the market.
Manage publishers throughout their lifecycle via regular email contact (check-ins, notifications regarding program changes, announcements, etc.).
Communicate progress to publishers within the network and offer recommendations for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with support and/or technology resources when needed.
Collaborate with sales and account management staff to understand inventory demand, opportunities for focus/growth, and client feedback regarding publisher inventory.
At least 2 years of experience in high-paced Internet marketing / technical oriented position. SEO knowledge preferred, but not required.
Strong recruitment/sales capabilities; ability to cold-call, up-sell and negotiate with publishers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and familiarity of top web properties
Proactive; able to work independently; tenacious; goal-oriented.
Ability to meet and exceed individual targets on a consistent basis.
