Unpaid internship (+ $1,000 stipend) Observe, learn, and participate as you follow the publishing process of a book—from the initial manuscript review to first draft edits to final proofreading to sending a completed book to press. In the process, you'll assist with copy-to-copy proofreading, pre-press checks, and occasional "cold" proofreading (including children's books). You may also write advertising copy ("blurbs") for the covers of upcoming books.
