Works independently and assists others while continuing to seek training and learn new skills.
Must be familiar with print and/or electronic production processes.
Possess a proficient knowledge of team's products and workflow processes.
Identify cost saving ideas and product/process improvements.
Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work product.
Creates and/or maintains process or product specific documentation.
Works comfortably and independently in a team environment and is committed to work with team on achieving goals.
Attends and actively participates in team meetings, prioritizes own work.
May train and provide work guidance to team members and business partners.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Undergraduate degree OR High School Diploma and 4 years publishing experience.
Demonstrated process, product, and systems knowledge, teamwork and technical skills. Has increased productivity with experience, and participates in team or content center projects and initiatives.
Demonstrated proficiency in applications/systems used by the team. Examples include MS Office, current platforms, Schedule Westlaw, SAP, etc.
Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills, including composition/grammar, vocabulary, spelling and punctuation skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Strong learning agility. Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to increasingly complex and changing work.
Technical aptitude for computer applications and systems such as word processing and file management applications.
Ability to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments and tasks.
Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analysis and problem solving on an individualized level and within the context of a team environment.
Normal office hours and environments, extensive reading and exposure to personal computers, extra hours may be required to meet deadlines.
Ability to work with team members, contacts from other teams, departments, virtual and off-site teams/vendors or sourcing partners effectively.
