Responsible for upkeep up price lists for quote to collection data
  • Responsible for any quote forms that have to be maintained
  • Responsible for entering all new part numbers
  • Manage the E-Dashboard
  • Manage Order Changes
  • Drop ship orders
  • Filing
  • Back up for front phones
  • Overall training in rest of purchasing department as time allows
  • Assisting others in department as needed
  • Provide any other support to ensure SKC operates up to standards on a daily basis.

    Ability to analyze customer situations, make decisions and solve problems under pressure. Excel knowledge and abilities a must. Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and detail. Basic numeric skills. Ability to maintain positive working relationships with management, co-workers, clients and vendors. Ability to communicate effectively in face-to-face, group, telephone and written communication. Ability to sit for long periods of time entering computer data and phone communication. Ability to work under pressure and to be detailed oriented and must be available during working hours.
