General Description of Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the day to day administrative support of the purchasing group. Duties will include organization of procurement files and anything as requested by the members of the purchasing group.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • File Organization
  • General Administrative duties such as assisting with shipping and filing
  • Ensure that procurement activities are conducted in compliance with Alutiiq policies and relevant FARs
  • Assist with updating online purchasing records and files as required
  • Support proposal department with pricing of ODCs as required
  • Work with proprietary contract systems.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Well organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic and confident with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to work closely with operational and finance team members to achieve common goals
Preferred:
  • Deltek/Costpoint experience
  • Administration assistant experience
Education/Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma

B.A. degree in accounting or finance preferred.
