Leads the team in collaboration and services for strategic procurement in the Indiana University Purchasing Office. Manages team as integral part of an organization that provides consulting services and leadership in procurement/purchasing to all departments on campus.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five years purchasing experience required. Post graduate degree in Business or Law may be accepted in lieu of experience. Demonstrated organizational and oral and written communication skills, project management skills, writing and editing skills, ability to manage relationships, and customer service focus. Ability to handle multiple priorities essential. Must be able to understand and prepare complex contractual documents and have the ability to deal effectively, collaboratively, and ethically with people from all constituencies (internal and external) to the University. Familiarity with professional services contracting preferred. Knowledge of IU policies and procedures preferred.
