Lead the procurement of all materials, services, and equipment for the East Greenville, PA Operations. Support the business unit strategies by assuring material availability, quality, and maximum value for disbursements. Organize department and develop and carry out to meet business unit goals.

Educational Requirements:

BA/BS Degree;

Experience Requirements:

Technical Experience: Outstanding capability and broad knowledge of all aspects of purchasing. ;Excellent negotiation skills. Extensive product knowledge.;Human awareness and development.;Industry Experience: Minimum of six years in purchasing field and three years in management.

Essential Job Functions:

Direct all purchasing efforts to insure that the business unit receives the maximum value to each dollar spent.;Manage and provide visibility for material price changes and market trends.;Support cost reduction programs ;Support quality assurance program by developing and maintaining state-of-the-art vendor quality programs and strong supplier base.;Maintain liaison with headquarters and other divisions to insure maximum benefit from corporate and joint negotiations.;Participates as a member of the Purchasing and Manufacturing Teams.
