The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ongoing review of medical records to ensure compliance with established nationally recognized quality patient outcomes (Core Measures).This individual must assume a leadership role and be able to work well with medical staff, nursing and other ancillary departments. This is a position that requires attention to detail and ability to function well under stress.
Must be emotionally mature and able to function under stress.
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, hospital staff, physicians and community resources required.
Must be able to work independently.
