Making it run flawlessly on all these devices is no easy feat, which is why we are adding another QA Engineer to our small QA team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Primary responsibilities for this position include assisting the existing QA team in the development of test plans and test cases execution
Review Business Requirements, Functional Requirements and Technical Specifications to create a comprehensive set of test cases
Identify and report defects across multiple projects. Develop workarounds as temporary fix solution
Assist the development teams on the analysis of defects and track them to successful resolution
Provide accurate and timely testing status reports to the QA Lead and Project Managers, assist to QA Lead in the creation of the project Test Summary report
Plan, design and execute testing by utilizing an Agile methodology
WHAT YOU NEED:
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5 years direct experience in software QA and automation testing
Complete understanding of SQA process, QA methodology, and SDLC
Strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
Familiar with Test Automation and Relational DB
Experienced with Windows and Mac OS
Experience with VOIP, video streaming and Flash technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours; some evenings and weekends
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to learn fast and work in dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Ability to work efficiently through change.
