Responsible for ensuring the ongoing development and implementation of departmental Quality Assurance practices designed to satisfy customer specifications and expectations regarding IT services and products developed or installed Ensures that information technology and business system practices meet the organization’s objectives for the developmentacquisition testing implementation maintenance and disposal of systems and infrastructure Ensure continued compliance with approved procedures practices and standards related to IMS processes products and services Maintain Quality Assurance standards and collaborate with IT Management in advancing the standard of practices for quality assurance Work with the user community vendors project owners and technical teams to ensure productsservices are adequate to meet customer requirements and expectations Monitor and evaluate the quality and performance of design development and operation of productsservices Generate and maintain metrics to gauge quality and performance of productsservices Analyze metrics and reports of quality assurance activities incidents and customer contacts and complaints Ensure that timely corrective actions are taken to address identified deficiencies and concerns Coordinate the assessment of probable impact of proposed changes in the quality and performance of processes products and services Prepare and deliver presentations to management teams and user groups Management level position requiring a minimum of ten (10) years previous related work experience to include project management responsibility for successful mediumscale (two to three work year level of effort) projects and prior administrative responsibility for three to five professionals Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited university or equivalent industry experience Clarity and conciseness in oral and written communications demonstrated capability to produce effective presentations for delivery to both technical and nontechnical audiences Strong interpersonal skills to achieve process changes and departmental goals within a matrix organization Manual and Automated Testing, SDLC
