Lead and define the testing phase; writes and maintains test automation
• Develop QA standards
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

QA will involve preproduction, prototype and postproduction to:
• check accuracy of sizes, loops, format, click tags and hot or not
• confirm consistency between copy deck and comps to include offer information, messaging/brand language, grammar and punctuation, legal disclaimers and images
Job Description:
• Point person for quality control feedback on all Flash and rich media banners, HTML emails, and microsite/website projects in terms of both technical problems, adherence to specifications, and traditional proofreading/copy editing issues
• Provide cross-browser testing feedback for Mac and PC environments as well as mobile testing results for tablet, iPhone, Android and BlackBerry devices where applicable
• Tasked with effectively complementing an existing proofreading/copy editing division focused on offline advertising to prevent inconsistent content/styles within the Legacy brand as a whole
• Tasked with interfacing with a large group of digital developers, project managers, and digital producers daily, switching between different jobs with varying requirements, specs, and updates at high speeds
• Must have a working knowledge of QA methodologies

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of advertising QA experience.
Leadership:
Daily supervision of QA team
• Write and give job performance evaluations.
• Arrange software training
• Work with the Director of Studio Services and IT department regarding software and distribution of computers as well as other hardware.
• Exhibit leadership role and set a positive example for QA team
• Provide support for team for decision-making, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Work with Director of Studio Services to develop processes across all disciplines of Quality Assurance.
• Encourage growth for team by exhibiting passion and enthusiam for changes within industry.
• Encourage growth of team by providing projects to help further their skill set.
