Responsibilities: Defines and documents testing process modifications. Interfaces with QA, Program management stakeholders, client management, client test teams and other client defined points of contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction with delivery of Test Center services. Acts as onsite liaison to client for all things related to Project testing and Project Deliverables. Oversees/manages specific DDI quality assurance and testing services as required. Promotes quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the project. Sets QA goals and objectives and ensures contractual targets are achieved. Ensures that an effective document control system is in place and effective for the project. Analyzes data and produces reports on the project’s quality performance as contractually required. Communicates Project initiatives, status, tasks and responsibilities to test & quality teams to ensure their understanding. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: As needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 7-10 years in a testing environment. Preferred Qualifications: Strong quality management experience. Strong customer relationship skills. Testing background. Good understanding of HPAS Application and Delivery Proficiency with majority of MS Office product set. Strong follow through and active listening skills. Strong project and task scoping and management skills Good interpersonal skills and meeting facilitation ability Good ability to identify issues with direction, executing plans Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to abide by company’s policies. Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work. Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Physical Requirements: Sit Bend Stand Walk Handle objects (manual dexterity) Use fine finger movements (type) Must carry/lift loads of up to 25 lbs.
