QARR stands for Quality Assurance Reporting Requirements. The QARR Specialist works with the Call Center to serve as a telephone liaison between patients and their care. The QARR Specialist verifies clients’ information and other duties as assigned in compliance with organizational policies and HIPPA regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Answer multiple telephone calls appropriately and follows up on return calls.
Assists with data collection and report preparation.
Involvement in Performance Improvement activities.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
