The QDDP coordinates and writes programs for adults with developmental disabilities at 4 group homes. Maintains awareness of and coordinates service needs for assigned individuals. Develops Personal Futures Program Plans for assigned individuals and assures continual regulations compliance of services and documents. Provides initial and on-going training to staff who are responsible for implementation of resident program plans. Displays positive, supportive, and cooperative conduct and role modeling. Interfaces with management, support staff, therapy staff, physicians, family, day programs, and other providers to meet all individual's needs. Maintains knowledge of the individual's needs and strengths and promotes their goals.

Bachelor's Degree in related field. QMRP certified. Proficient computer skills.

Preferred: 3 years experience with developmental disabilities. Excellent problem solving, decision making, communication, ogranization, and interpersonal skills. Proven behavior analyst skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
