Oversees the investigation process, supervises investigators, assigns incidents, and reviews 147 & 150. Participates in sub-committee of minor notable incidents and 150s. Reads all 624 & 625 investigations, works with the investigators, and makes on call schedule. Provides training to new investigators and program staff on incident management. Attends IRC. Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is strictly maintained concerning all agency related information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

•Oversees the investigation process, supervises investigators, assigns incidents, and reviews 147 & 150.
•Participates in sub-committee of minor notable incidents and 150s.
•Reads all 624 & 625 investigations, works with the investigators, and makes on call schedule.
•Provides training to new investigators.
•Provides Training to Program staff on Incident Management -Assists with preparing reports related to Incident Management.
•Attends Agency IRC as necessary to discuss Incident management and Investigative process.
•Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
•Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLILITES:

•Supervises Quality Improvement Investigators.

•Bachelor’s degree.
•OPWDD experience. Experience with completing investigations under OPWDD regulations.
