Duties and Responsibilities:|
Perform data entry of complaint investigation results.
Scan documents and file in the appropriate electronic storage area per specifications.
Construct paper and electronic folders and files using existing filing specifications.
File paper and electronic documents and maintain files.
Perform file audits.
Coordinate meetings and training sessions with multiple participants both internal and external to the organization.
Assist with the preparation of departmental presentation materials.
Order supplies for the department.
Perform physical inventory checks of returned meters.
Assist in day-to-day functions of the Quality Systems / Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Department.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Knowledge and Skills:
High school diploma required, with additional education being a plus.
1-2 years experience in Quality or other related field.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong keyboarding skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to complete special projects on a timely basis as assigned.
Ability to accept responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Heavy keyboarding / PC use.
Occasional light lifting.
