Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and 0-2 years job-related technical programming and analysis experience
written and interpersonal communication skills
Fluency with all basic MS Windows Office components (Word, Excel, Outlook, IE), advanced knowledge of these along with some experience of Access and Project is desirable Must demonstrate a basic understanding of broadcast video, audio and metadata fundamentals Knowledge of Mercury Quality Center Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to offer multiple solutions to technical and operational problems and challenges
