Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst will be solely responsible for thorough testing and analysis of system changes. These changes can be initiated from a range of one request, a new product or an application enhancement. Specifically, the analyst will help the project office create and document test cases that will allow the change to be testing in its entirety. User Acceptance involvement will also be critical in this role.

- Work directly with the Project Manager, Home OFfice and field personnel to understand
Consult with Project Manager, database and software developers to develop appropriate test cases and scenarios for testing the change.
Document all findings for each test case and be able to provide feedback on findings.
Reconcile and communicate test discrepancies to developers.
Make recommendations and assessments to software readiness.
Work directly with Project Manager to obtain User Acceptance once change is developed and past Q/A.
Perform analysis on assigned research tickets. Part of the Q/A function will be the need to research a problem to determine if a solution (i.e. request) needs to be entered into the Project Office for resolution.
Other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
Job Requirements: Computer literate with strong application skills. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Close attention to detail in regards accuracy of work.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma. Applications Development experience a plus.
